Step 1: Contact Customer Care
If you are unable to resolve your issue with the information provided on the Support page, please contact Customer Care. The 295.ca Customer Care team have the tools and training required to resolve any issue you may have, as well as answer many questions. You may reach 295.ca Customer Care by calling 1-888-534-0295 Mon-Fri between 8am and 9pm or Saturdays between 9am and 4pm.
Step 2: Submit a Written Complaint
If your issue still remains unresolved, you may email customercomplaints@295.ca. We will investigate further into your issue and will normally provide a response within 2 business days.
COMMISSION FOR COMPLAINTS FOR TELECOM-TELEVISION SERVICES
Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
